Effective: 26 June 2026Last updated: 26 June 2026Operated by Niral Uprit, Indore, India

How to read this page. The formal text is what is legally binding. Next to it, in the tinted boxes marked “In plain English”, we explain the same thing in everyday language so it is easy to follow. Those summaries are there to help you understand and are not legally binding on their own. If the two ever seem to disagree, the formal text controls.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Niral Uprit, operating Technṛityam as a sole proprietor ("Technṛityam", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of www.technrityam.com and everything on it.

Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you can form a binding contract, that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and that you will comply with them and all applicable laws. If you are using the platform on behalf of someone else, such as a student you teach, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2Who can use the platform

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on your own. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use.

3Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at admin.technrityam@gmail.com if you think your account has been accessed without your permission. We are not liable for losses caused by someone using your account because you did not keep your credentials safe.

4Acceptable use

When using the platform, you agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe anyone else's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
  • Copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, or publicly share our content, lessons, or tools except as expressly allowed.
  • Share your account or paid access with others, or attempt to bypass payment or access controls.
  • Upload anything harmful, abusive, obscene, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its systems.
  • Use automated means to access the platform in a way that harms it or other users.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the platform in a way that harms us or others.

5Nature of the content

Technṛityam provides tools and educational content to support your Kathak practice between classes. It is a companion to learning, not a substitute for a qualified guru or teacher. We make no promise about any specific result, skill level, exam outcome, or progress you will achieve. Practice physical movement responsibly and within your own limits; you are responsible for your own health and safety.

6Subscriptions and payment

Some features require a paid subscription (for example, the Sadhana plan at ₹599 / month). Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing pages and may change; any change will not affect a period you have already paid for.

Payment is made by UPI (manual QR payment confirmed over WhatsApp). After you pay, you confirm it to us (for example, by sending a screenshot on WhatsApp), and we activate your access. Because activation is manual, there may be a short delay between payment and access.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7Intellectual property

The platform and its content, including text, tools, designs, graphics, logos, and the "Technṛityam" name and mark, are owned by or licensed to Niral Uprit and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own learning, subject to these Terms. We keep all rights not expressly granted to you.

Anything you create using the tools (your practice records, notes, and progress) remains yours. By using the platform, you give us the limited permission we need to store and display that content back to you so the service can work.

8Third-party links and services

The platform may link to or rely on third-party services (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, or our analytics provider). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available, or that it will meet your requirements. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niral Uprit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, a nominal amount. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

11Suspension and termination

You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, the rights granted to you end, but any terms that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue.

12Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know. If you keep using the platform after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

Questions or grievances

For anything about this policy, your data, or a complaint, contact Niral Uprit at admin.technrityam@gmail.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and, where the law sets a deadline, within that period.
