Refund & Cancellation Policy

How subscriptions are billed, how to cancel, and when you are entitled to a refund.

How to read this page. The formal text is what is legally binding. Next to it, in the tinted boxes marked “In plain English”, we explain the same thing in everyday language so it is easy to follow. Those summaries are there to help you understand and are not legally binding on their own. If the two ever seem to disagree, the formal text controls.

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid subscriptions on Technṛityam. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Our paid plan (Sadhana, ₹599 / month) is a digital service paid by UPI (manual QR payment confirmed over WhatsApp).

1How billing works

The Sadhana plan costs ₹599 / month. You pay through your own UPI app by scanning our QR code, and then confirm the payment to us (for example, by sending a screenshot on WhatsApp to 9691192624). We activate your access manually after we receive that confirmation, so there may be a short delay.

Each payment buys one month of access. There is no automatic recurring charge: because payment is manual, your access does not auto-renew and you are never charged automatically. To continue, you make a fresh payment for the next month.

2Cancelling

Because there is no auto-renewal, "cancelling" simply means not making another payment. When your paid month ends, your access returns to the free features and you are not billed again. Your account and your saved practice data remain unless you ask us to delete them.

If you want to stop access partway through a paid month, or close your account entirely, email us at admin.technrityam@gmail.com and we will help.

3Refunds

A subscription gives you immediate access to a digital service. As a general rule, payments are non-refundable once access has been activated and the period has begun, except as set out below or as required by law.

We will provide a refund in these situations:

  • Duplicate or incorrect payment: you were charged twice for the same period, or paid the wrong amount. We refund the excess.
  • We could not activate your access: you paid but we were unable to provide the paid features and could not resolve it in reasonable time.
  • Cancellation before activation: you paid but ask to cancel before we have activated your paid access.
  • Where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

Refunds, where due, are made to the original UPI account or payment method used, within a reasonable time after we approve the request (typically within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider).

4How to request a refund

To request a refund, email admin.technrityam@gmail.com with the email address on your account, the date and amount of the payment, and a brief reason. We may ask for the payment reference or screenshot to verify it. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and resolve them fairly.

5Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect when you make a payment applies to that payment. We will update the "Last updated" date when we change it.

Questions or grievances

For anything about this policy, your data, or a complaint, contact Niral Uprit at admin.technrityam@gmail.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and, where the law sets a deadline, within that period.
